Proposal links
When you’re ready to send a quote, ArborBuddy generates a tokenized proposal link — a polished page your client can open without logging in.
How to create a link
Section titled “How to create a link”- Open a job in Review (or any panel with Send to client).
- Optionally enter a quote amount.
- Click Create proposal link.
- Copy link or send via Text / Email from your own device.
The message body includes the link automatically once created.
Security

| Company slug | Path includes your public slug for branding; must match token |
| Expiry | Links expire after 14 days (configurable up to 30 on create) |
| Rate limiting | Public fetch is capped at 30 requests/minute per IP |
| No PII in path | Client name and phone are never in the URL |
ArborBuddy does not send SMS or email for you — you send from your phone or mail app after attesting permission.
What clients see
Section titled “What clients see”- Company name and scope of work
- Service address and estimated hours
- Proposed date (if scheduled)
- Quote amount (if you entered one)
- Valid-until date and binding-offer disclaimer
Expired or invalid links show a friendly unavailable state — no internal data leaks.
