Recovery Triage (Clients)
Recovery Triage (/clients, sidebar Clients) is your revenue workbench. Every CSV import adds or updates client records here; the page ranks accounts by estimated recovery value so you know who to call first.
Plan access
Section titled “Plan access”| Capability | Minimum tier | Feature key |
|---|---|---|
| View directory + detail | Free scan | accounts_directory |
| Start Outreach (prefill) | Crew ($79/mo) | accounts_magic_paste |
| Merge duplicates | Crew ($79/mo) | accounts_magic_paste (merge_clients RPC) |
| Client Audit (stats + rhythm) | Crew ($79/mo) | client_audit_foreman |
| Client Audit (full AI outreach) | Autopilot ($129/mo) | client_audit_autopilot |
Trial users get Foreman-class Client Audit preview via grant_trial_feature_keys() in the entitlement registry — outreach text stays blurred until Autopilot.
Directory view is available on the free scan. Actions (outreach prefill, duplicate merge, full audit) gate on Crew+.
What it is (and isn’t)
Section titled “What it is (and isn’t)”Recovery Triage is built from imports and intake — not a full CRM:
- Client names, phones, emails, and notes
- Property addresses with last service dates
- Job timeline per client (date, hours, type)
- Dormant value estimates and service-rhythm signals
It is not invoicing, contracts, or two-way billing sync. Think of it as ArborBuddy’s memory of who you’ve worked for — sorted by money on the table.
Directory overview
Section titled “Directory overview”The top of the page shows:
| Stat | Meaning |

| Est. recovery | Sum of dormant recovery values on the list |
| Sites | Distinct property addresses |
Default sort
Section titled “Default sort”Clients rank by highest estimated recovery value (not alphabetical). Dormant clients tie-break ahead when values match.

List cards

- Dormant, duplicate, and missing-info badges when applicable

- Start Outreach (Foreman+) — prefill outreach draft; legacy workspaces with
legacy_featuresroute to intake, others land on Recovery - Merge duplicates (Foreman+) — top-bar action when duplicate groups exist; pick the primary record and combine jobs, sites, and aliases
