ArborBuddy is now a Dormant Client Recovery Engine for tree service companies. Upload a CSV, find clients who’ve gone quiet, and recover uncaptured revenue.
- Dormant Detection — three SQL-based detectors flag clients by no contact (12+ months), price erosion (30%+ value drop), or seasonal lapse (missed usual season)
- Revenue banner — ATM-style total of recoverable revenue at the top of the dashboard
- Tier-gated unlock — Free scan shows the total; Crew ($79/mo) unlocks names and SMS drafts; Autopilot ($129/mo) adds daily refresh; Canopy ($189/mo) adds the highest client capacity
- CSV import — always free, AI column mapping, auto-triggers detection on completion
- Confidence scoring — deterministic scores per detector, no AI costs
- New pricing — Crew $79/mo, Autopilot $129/mo, Canopy $189/mo
- Detector test suite — 17 DO-block assertions, all passing
